! ! !

Gerri has discussed the topic of Transgender Equality over the past 18 years for
Speak Out Boston, PFLAG NH and the NH State Legislature.
In addition to her own transgender journey, Gerri's message draws from perspectives gained in a wide variety of work, life and faith experiences.  Her life as a working person included over 30 years in the computer industry, after which she built her own carpentry business, and also drove tractor-trailers over 550,000 miles in 5 years.

In her Christian journey, Gerri has grown in active membership and service for the past 12 years in UCC churches, first at Pilgrim Church in Nashua and now at First Parish in Somersworth.
Serving on the Open and Affirming Concerns Committee of the NH Conference, she has spoken to congregations, community and business gatherings all over the State.

And she is one of a number of guest speakers who are sharing their testimony with
the Lancaster church in conjunction with their process of discernment regarding whether they are called to become an Open and Affirming UCC congregation.

Wherever your congregation may be on its own journeys of discernment and discovery about Christian calling and mission, we hope that this presentation on a timely topic will be interesting and meaningful for you.

And the program will be followed by a
Taco Supper
($7.00 per person)

Please come, and invite a friend!

We look forward to seeing you there!
